Ume vinegar has a distinct salty-sour taste and a pleasant slightly fruity aroma. It is excellent for salad dressings. You can use it when preparing kulajda or lentil soup, as well as to season all dishes where you need to add a salty-sour taste. Ume plums seasoned with shiso leaves 50% (shiso leaves 56%, sea salt 22%, pickled ume plums (ume plums 80%, sea salt 20%)), pickled ume plums 50% (ume plums 80%, sea salt 20%). May contain traces of gluten and soy.
