We usesustainable methods to catch tuna, using only hooks and lines that are gentle on the catch. This is also why our fish can boast of the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certification, which gives you assurance about sustainability, responsibility in compliance with fishing practices and transparency of origin. 

After being caught, the albacore tuna continue to Spanish La Rioja  and the best ones are processed using the traditional techniques of a local family business with a rich history in the fishing industry.

The delicate and slightly sweet taste of the fish is complemented by extra virgin olive oil and is a little more tender than tuna in its own juice. 

First of all, you will find omega-3 fatty acids, which tuna is truly blessed with. They have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system and can help maintain normal cholesterol levels. It is also a perfect source of complete protein, potassium, vitamin B6 or vitamin B12.

In the practical glass you will find only fish meat, olive oil and a pinch of salt. No other ingredients that should not be there, such as artificial preservatives. Try tuna with teriyaki sauce and rice, in a salad with cherry tomatoes and arugula, or replace ground beef in a battered fish burger.
