The onion is prepared over two days – on the first day it is peeled by hand, on the second day it is boiled and sautéed for 7 hours. This meticulous process ensures a deep and rich flavor with a slight caramel note. Our chutney is made completely without preservatives and contains only high-quality ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, which gives it a delicate texture.
