Vilgain Collagen Complex uses three branded sources of collagen of all types and other active ingredients for deep care of all soft tissues, especially hair, nails and skin. Add to that a fresh fruity taste without an aftertaste and the clear choice among BEAUTY collagens is in the world.
Peptinex bovine collagen comes from grass-fed cows from South American Brazil and is a source of type 1 and 3 collagen. Thanks to the high degree of hydrolysis, it contains short bioactive collagen peptides in the molecular weight range of 2000 to 5000 Daltons. This makes it easily absorbed and available to the human body.
Naticol® fish collagen is a source of bioactive collagen peptides from fish skin. Due to their low molecular weight, short oligopeptides are easily absorbed and can be used for the body's own collagen production. Naticol® fish collagen is suitable for skin health care thanks to its anti-aging effects, studies also confirm a visible reduction in wrinkles and improved skin firmness.

Dosage
- Mix 2 scoops (10g) in 200ml of water.
