Vilgain Basmati rice white BIO is a long-grain peeled rice from organic farming. During cooking it remains firm, loose and does not stick. It is great as a side dish for Indian and international cuisine. It goes well with meats, vegetables and rice salads, but you can also use it when preparing sweet rice dishes. Basmati is the noblest variety of rice, otherwise known as the "queen of aromas", it is grown in the fields of the foothills of the Himalayas in Pakistan, thanks to which the rice is irrigated directly with water from glaciers. It has a specific aroma of sandalwood and a slightly nutty taste. The rice is processed and then packaged by a small family business in Italy, which prides itself on the quality and traceability of its ingredients. Both each processing step and each batch of the resulting product are strictly controlled to meet all quality requirements.

• Rinse the rice thoroughly with water, pour it into a pot and add water.
• For every cup of rice, add 2 cups of water.
• Bring to a boil and add salt.
• Cover the pot with a lid and let the rice cook on low heat for 12-14 minutes, without stirring the rice.
• The rice is then ready to serve.
