Organoleptic notes

We use Merlot grapes from our own vineyards to produce this wine, which are aged for 13 months in French oak barrels. The main characteristics of this variety, such as the aroma of red rowan berries, are mixed with notes of spice and balsamic wood. A wine with a good, elegant tannin structure.

Combination: Serve at room temperature as an excellent accompaniment to strongly aromatic, spicy dishes.
