Cinnamon mead Elisa 11% 200ml

A delicate mead with an unmistakable taste. The perfect combination of delicious honey flavor and the scent of cinnamon. Our cinnamon mead is a warm embrace that will caress you with the delicate aroma of cinnamon and the rich sweetness of honey. 

Traditional honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honeys in a non-thermal way to preserve all the important substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its basis is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. The mixture of herbs and spices gives the mead an unmistakable taste.

It refreshes in summer, warms in winter. Mead can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, it is wonderfully refreshing if served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, the mead is heated in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil. You can add a slice of lemon to both cold and warm mead.
