Ingredients: Organic ginger, liposomal vitamin C (ascorbic acid, liposomal blend), Quatrefolic® glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid containing 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (active form of folic acid), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), ferrous bisglycinate. HPMC-based vegetable capsule. It does not contain any ballast substances (E-numbers) or gluten.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily. When supplementing iron, we recommend a two-hour interval between taking iron and food containing fiber or high amounts of calcium. If taking it on an empty stomach does not work for you, you can take it after a smaller meal.
