    Coarse-grain sausage is an honest homemade product with a distinct smoked flavor and coarse meat texture. Thanks to the combination of lean and well-developed pork, it has an ideal ratio of fat and juiciness.

    The sausage is stuffed into natural sheep casing and does not contain any added "E"s - just honest meat, salt and natural spices. Its taste is reminiscent of traditional Raškovice sausage.

    A great choice for a hearty breakfast, with pea porridge or just with beer or wine.
